Our Athletics team was setup this year by Ms.Howard. Girls from 5th class train each week. A team will compete in Cumann na mBunscol Athletics Competition which will be held in the Santry Sports Stadium in May/June. The team will also participate in a local athletics day with other schools in the area. Click on the image below to view some photographs of the girls training.

We have set up a new student council this year in the school. Representatives from each of the classes (3rd - 6th) form the committee. Discussions around Green Schools, Active Schools, uniforms, yard issues, fund-raising etc are held at meetings. The Student Council met in October and proposed lots of ideas to Ms.Diffley. The next meeting will take place in December. Watch this space for more information!
