6th Class School Tour to Kippure!

The 6th classes went to Kippure Estate in Wicklow to do Bushcrafting- outdoor survival skills! They learned to build a shelter, build and start a fire and cook their food! Despite the rain it was a great day!

Spelling Bee!

We held a spelling bee in school recently! First we had in-class competitions. Then the winning 4 of those competitions went up against the 4 from the other class in their year. Then finally we had junior and senior competitions. The winner of the junior competition was Julie McGowan and the winner of the senior competition was Cuileann Monaghan. Well done to those girls but also to everyone involved! Your hard work on your spellings has paid off!
